Esad Kılıç and Burhan Kocabıyık founded ARspar together in 2020. In May 2024 it was acquired by Rotterdam-based Floorplanner.
Since then they have built every company together, including PrototipAL, DOA and GOAT. Both were named to MT/Sprout's "25 under 25" in 2022.
